1. Seller and contact

2. Products and orders
Read the product description, dimensions, included items, availability and safety instructions before ordering. Products identified as adults-only are intended for adults. Screen settings may affect displayed colours; this does not affect your right to receive goods matching their description. Provide accurate contact and delivery details and contact us promptly to correct an order.
3. Prices and payment
The currency and product price are displayed for your selected market. Review the items, applicable taxes, delivery charges and total in checkout before paying. Available payment methods are shown in checkout. Price changes do not retrospectively change an accepted order. If we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you to resolve it; you will not be charged an additional amount without your agreement. If an order cannot be fulfilled, payments for the unfulfilled items will be refunded.
4. Delivery
Delivery availability, costs and estimated business-day times depend on the product and destination. See our shipping policy and the options shown at checkout. Contact us if a delivery is delayed or missing. Delivery estimates do not remove your statutory rights.
5. Cancellation, returns and faulty goods
Our return and refund policy explains the 14-day statutory withdrawal period, applicable exceptions, return transport costs, refunds and rights concerning faulty goods. Please report visible delivery damage preferably within 48 hours to help us investigate. This is not a deadline for legal claims and does not automatically transfer transport costs to you after 48 hours. Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms.

Do not use this website unlawfully, interfere with its security or infringe other people’s rights. We may restrict misuse of the site, without removing rights relating to existing purchases. Website availability may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.
