We receive the contact, billing and delivery details, order information and messages you provide. Shopify and the payment provider process payment details. Technical information can include IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, shopping activity and cookie preferences.
We use order and contact data to fulfil purchases, deliveries, returns and customer support (contract or steps at your request before a contract); accounting records to meet legal obligations; and technical and transaction information to protect the store, prevent fraud and handle disputes (legitimate interests). Optional advertising and analytics tracking relies on consent where required. Marketing messages require consent or another permission allowed by applicable law. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.
Service providers and Shopify
We share the necessary information with Shopify, payment providers, carriers and fulfilment partners, including Sitruna and Fulfillment-Box, to operate the store and handle orders and returns. Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers or authorities where legally necessary.
Shopify hosts this store and processes information about visits and purchases.
