Delivery information

Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address and contact details. Delivery estimates may be affected by public holidays, busy periods or carrier delays. Contact us if your order is delayed or the tracking information needs clarification.

Damage and returns

Please report visible delivery damage within 48 hours where possible, with photos of the product and packaging. This helps us investigate with the carrier and does not limit your statutory rights if a defect is reported later. For a defect covered by consumer rights, ANDOV arranges and pays for the necessary return or collection.

For a change-of-mind return, the customer arranges the return and bears the direct return cost only where legally required advance cost information has been provided. Refunds of standard outbound delivery costs are governed by your statutory rights and our refund policy; they are not automatically excluded.
